PROBLEM SOLVING HIGH POINT: One night while I was projecting the final reel of ANDREI ROUBLEV the pick-up reel stopped working.Ý Rather than have film spool on the floor or stop the film and destroy the film's continuity, I spun the pick-up reel by hand for the entire 40 minute duration of the reel. Brenda Lucero (aka "Brendah Lucero")
Coverstar
LOCATION: Who Knows? (If you know, please let Chris Beyond know)
TOP FIVE FAVORITE BANDS IN NO ORDER: Adam Ant was one of her favorites. She and Chris once waited outside the Henry Fonda Theatre to meet him.
WORK HISTORY: Chris Beyond met Brendah when they were students at South High School in Torrance when he saw her across a parking lot and felt the compulsive urge to meet her. Suffering through a huge crush on her, they remained friends a few years after high school into college (where they tried and failed to start a "Happy Days Club"...this was in the 90s mind you). They were even going to start a "Zine" together and both Chris and Brendah had begun writing for it when they slowly started losing touch. By the time Chris moved to Hollywood, he had lost all contact with her. He hopes to talk to her again some day
PROBLEM SOLVING HIGH POINT: Well, when Adam Ant exited the theatre to get into his limo, Brendah had Chris get his autograph while she took pictures. That's teamwork!
MY BEST QUALITY IS: her frankness
MY WORST QUALITY IS: Not keeping in touch with Chris (and likewise to him)

Fernando Bertran
Coverstar
LOCATION: (Underground)
TOP FIVE FAVORITE BANDS IN NO ORDER: Fernando was fond of The Rolling Stones
WORK HISTORY: Another friend from South Torrance High School, Fernando was good friends with Chris Beyond (they even starred in a play together) through high school and after. Sadly, Fernando died of heart problems he had been dealing with his whole life, shortly after high school. He left behind a close group of friends which included Jeremy Rosen, Chris Adam, John Eddy ("Gooch"), Chris Beyond, and others).
PROBLEM SOLVING HIGH POINT: Dealing with "drama people" who didn't buy his Spanish accent for the play, even though he was from Argentina.
MY BEST QUALITY IS: his sense of humor
MY WORST QUALITY IS:His sense of humor going too far at times.
