NO-FI "MAGAZINE"
"Fine! Then I'll Just Do It Over Again!"
This mini-issue is about as mini as it gets.
The reason being that I have been traveling the world, not unlike a hitchhiker with an itchy hitching thumb, drifting from country to country, seeing castles and interesting rocks, catching any multitude of airborne diseases in planes and spreading them across the world like invisible love.
Yes, it's true it's another HALF issue...if even that.
It's true that I traveled to England and France and learned that much to my disappointment that the girls there DO indeed wear underpants. Fancy underpants at that. How the heck do rumors like that get started anyway?
Anyway, as luck would have it, I was surrounded by several coughing people on the plane back to America, but instead of forming a wall of coughing that no fever, cold, or flu could penetrate, I instead found myself starting to get sick about two-thirds into the flight.
Oh it was terrible. And of course after being sick in bed for two days, I found out that around the same time there was this thing called tuberculosis that may have been going around. Did I have TB? I looked into the mirror and didn't see myself looking like Val Kilmer in the movie Tombstone. Nope, I didn't have TB. But what a story that would have been. While I've gotten much better since then, I still find myself coughing a couple weeks later.
So then last week I took another trip to Exotic World where I have been going since Kelly Jensen and I discovered it back in 2001. Only now it's in Vegas...and suddenly I found myself on staff! What an adventure! And I'd love to tell it, but unfortunately...or as I like to say FORTUNATELY you get to read all about this year's trip in the next issue of No-Fi "Magazine" and it'll be Part Two to the article started in this issue.
Also...wellll... You might have seen a certain running change in issue #59. The less said about that the better. I'll only say (oh, here we go) is that we are not here to be a part of somebody's advertising campaign. If doing No-Fi has taught me one thing is that things come and things go. We have better things to do than to run things that were intended to be run everywhere else at the same time. This space not for rent.
So enjoy the new half issue. I regret that things are so late that I had to do one, but then again as the cover says; we ARE the Regret Set.

P.S. OH! Ande don't forget to buy the newest issue (#5 featuring Kitten DeVille on the cover) of SHIMMY MAGAZINE which features a photo of "The Marilyn Monroe Of Burlesque" Miss Dixie Evans shot by me, but the real reason you should buy it is because it's a good magazine, run by nice people, and features many of the same people that we are lucky enough to show on our covers and articles.
